Well, after reading OhioGranny's post about the COAT I came up with this and put it together for her. So, here you go OhioGranny! Hope you like it! Wow....I think I'll try that as well..but you know there is one problem...which this pic on the inside of my fridge I will eat more....since I have to open the door, just to see the pic...and then..the food is in front of me...so....I am not sure Chris

kroselyn: THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. THE coat should keep DC warm, and the "key to success" will inspire me to do better. How really nice of you to do this. I'm touched.

Yeah but Chris...you have to put a pic of him outside the fridge which says: Don't do it...Don't do it. And one on the inside which says: they never listen...and than you look in his beautiful eyes...you feel guilty towards him...so you leave the food you were planning to eat in the fridge. ;D Try it...you might like it. ohiogranny...isn't she the best...always inspiring others. Nice way to lose weight. I'm not good with pounds because I think there's a difference between American pounds and European pounds, correct me if I'm wrong. However I managed to lose 2 kilo's this year, started on January first. Haven't set a goal yet. It's going slowly but I'll get there.

Started just before cristmas...2006...not 3 years ago. I have 1 bowl of "Special K" cerials and skinned milk in the morning...3 slices of bread in the afternoon...and a hot meal for dinner...like veggies, potatoes and some meat....no sauces but I do use a bit of gravy though...and instead of chocolate and that kind of sh*t I take chewing gum....works for me. You know I would love to see Horatio poise a gun to my boss's face after the way my boss treated me today. Thank you Queen Claire for the lovely pic. Glad to be home safe and sound. Thanks again, Linda
