That's a promotional shot from the episode with the high school swimmer celebrity who's boyfriend gets killed by an arrow at a swim meet....What's that episode called....?
What H is doing is taking a picture of his location to bate the guy who took his gun (which he loaded with blanks) to this location to catch him.
