It looks like it but it would't be the first time the spoiler was wrong. And that is in no way Laci's fault. I for one hope he is in this episode.

This episode can be summed up in one word: Stunning!
Now you didn't actually think I would leave it with that, did you? The underwater photography made me think of National Geographic specials. Terrific scenes of Miami were not typical tourist spots and Sean Coombs actually performed quite well tonight.
Eric's plight with his birthright is solved, and he and Calleigh are very, very serious --- the dialog with the kiss reveals that. Horatio and Calleigh cooperated in the lab finding information regarding Eric's father. DC really worked this scene and looked remarkable in safety glasses. He made one big mistake, however: he picked up a bloody tooth without gloves on --- even my dentist knows better than that!
Frank got a chance to be emphatically firm while Natalia also got a chance to show some gumption. Ryan was excellent with the suspects and Dr. Price had a brief, though important, moment. Yelina had a couple of scenes with Horatio and Eric's father --- but her face looked very strange. Only her mouth moved. There were no wrinkles around her eyes at all and facially she looked frozen. Did anyone else notice this?
Horatio and Derek are destined to become friends as the defense lawyer reveals he wants to prosecute from now on (remember 'Shark'?) When Derek, who lost his fiance in the opening scene, asks Horatio when he'll get over his feelings of loss, referring of course to Horatio's loss of Marisol, Horatio succincly told him he wouldn't. Good scene. Excellent episode all around, although I am not enthralled with the Eric/Calleigh romance.

Karen--My thoughts EXACTLY. I thought DC looked incredible (and I'm not using that word lightly). There were some moments when my heart actually began to race a bit. Trust me--caps will DEFINITELY be coming tomorrow. I can't wait to see what spiff can do with them. As per Calleigh and Eric--I'm not enthralled either. Though I have decided to accept them. I laughed out loud at her comment to Eric in the end. "I have the safest house in Miami. Do you know how many guns I have?" That has to be one of my favorite Calleigh lines of all time. Yelina's facial weirdness: I noticed that LAST SEASON when she showed up and spoke privately to H in the episode "Ambush". I thought then that it looked as though she had had some SERIOUS 'work' done, though I think it looks much better now than it did then. While I'm on the subject of 'having work done'...DC's 'work' seems to have worn off now, too. I think he looks fabulous (finally). Oh! And he had a good hair episode, too! I could go on and on, but I'll leave it there for now. I think this episode might also have cracked the top ten best episodes in my book. Solid from start to finish. Kudos to Sam Hill for directing this one. em

And S7 starts airing here this evening........so the countdown to this epi can start ;D ;D Well, it seems to be that I'm the only one who feels that, when it comes to Calleigh's romantic life, Eric is the best runner up for her (H is #1, but we all know that will never happen : UNLESS........they blow this plotline as well, just as they did with several other storylines Sandra PS: was Kyle in it?

Sanne--Nope, no Kyle. But I'm with you--Eric's not a bad runner-up to H. I don't mind the idea of the two of them together. I just don't think it's as convincing as it could and should be. However, tonight's episode did go a long way in easing my skepticism. em

So it's more a matter of a not-so-well-written storyline.......That was the only "IF" thta I had.....I'm OK with Eric/Calleigh, as long as they write it in a believable way......which doesn't seem to be the case, if I understand your words correct..... Sandra

We started Season 7 this week. I must say that H walking towards the camera at the end after the boat blew up was beyond stunning. Em, my heart actually raced a little also. I have the screen cap on my desktop background. He looked fabulous! (and not a hair out of place despite the big bang! Only our H can do that!) I have posted them elsewher on the therad where Dalet was asking for help with some pics.

This episode was freakin AMAZING.
Except the storyline was kinda hinky. >.>;
I have to give props to the acting, even if the story line was hinky.
David was freakin epic, and there where parts where my heart started racing too..
Like when Erics dad got in his car and BOOM there was Horatio and he like ORDERED him to Drive. oh man that was freakin epic!
Or when he knocked on Yelena's door and she told him she was hired to kill Eric.
Or when he was arguing with Erics Dad -
God this episode David SHINED... And I could go on as well
and my opinion about the Dulko thing is like...THANK GOD... its not HORATIO.
Oh OH and I have to give props to the writers about making sure we know that Horatio is always thinking about Marisol.
That would be twice in the last two seasons someone's asked him how he got over his pain, and he's answered
"You never do" and the look on his face makes me cry every SINGLE TIME.
-applauds- Awesome episode! GO David and the Writers!
***
I forgot to add something, we got to see Horatio in the lab, NOT ONCE but TWICE.
God it was great
