Challege 57........D C Spring/Easter Requested by Sam as was the last challenge. Starting Saturday 4th April 2009 to Friday 10th April 2009 Have fun everybody.....and for the newcomers everything is allowed.....wallpapers, banners, avatars, poems, drawings.......whatever you can come up with. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The first one I made for the patriot theme........but as it is very spring like with the tulips I am posting again just adding the lyrics of a spring type song. Lovely start for a new theme. I had forgotten the first one so it seemed new to me and the second one should be tacked in MAC's room or Paloma's nursery.

Thank you for all your nice comments.........they are always appreciated......and this thread feels so right at the moment as it is an exceptionally gorgeous spring day over here in the UK.
In the second one I added the rabbit because it so made me think of our newest member to the family. So Karen your suggestion of putting in Mac's or Paloma's room seemed to pick up my thoughts in a strange way.

Sanne, there are many wonderful songs from the Netherlands translated into English. The "Red Rose Cafe" is my favorite. I think the Fureys made it quite famous in English.

Sam: That white suit is so perfect for Easter. Glad you thought of it. I also like your last two. That last one is another good one for the nursery.
