I've seen him wear that jacket before, but have never seen him with that "arm candy". Wonder who she is ---- anybody know? He doesn't usually date blondes. Great find, Lian, keep digging!

Never saw them before and like Karen, I have absolutely no clue who the woman could be.........Looking at his appearance I would say early 90's? Maybe it's from a premiere and she's a co-star? Sandra

Hmm... isn't he wearing a ring? Maybe she's the one he made the "mirror pictures" with? Wasn't that a girlfriend? I have no idea. All I know is that I've never seen this one before. Thanks a lot Lian.

The "mirror pictures" were made with Paris Pappiro (sp) who has dark hair.

Yes, he is wearing a ring, Jessica. And though it's not very clear, I've seen pics of Mr. Caruso with a similar ring and those pics were taken around '93-'94 (that was around or shortly after his break with Miss Papiro). That's why I think the pics may have been taken around the same time. I know he's been to some public events and on some occasions he took his sister or a co-star. So that's where that suggestion comes from. Sandra

That ring is on his right hand. Not his left. So it's not a wedding ring of any sort. And boy, o boy, does she look familiar...I just wish I knew why.

Well here in Germany it would be a wedding ring. Okay, then it's not Ms. Pappiro..don't know why I had a blond lady in my mind when I thought about these pictures..hmmm... I've found other pics too. They were all taken 1994. Hope that's okay Lian..I mean that I post them. (this time we at least know who she is ;D ) Jess

Nice pics, Jessica. The last one is with Margaret Buckley.......that's pretty sure..... But the other lady........I'm still going for the option that she's a co-star in some production........ jessica: I think the ring is a so called "signet ring" and (over here) they're not used as weddingring, but as a piece of jewelry for (usually) men. They're often handed from (grand)father to (grand)son, as a part of a heritage. A weddingring isn't really logical if the pics really were taken in 1994, because he divorced Rachel somewhere late 80-ies and I don't suppose he was still wearing his weddingring from her in 1994, IF he even had a weddingring......And he never married Paris.....besides, it's a common known "secret" they split up in a quite unfriendly way, so even if he got a ring during that relation, it's not likely he would still wear it after their break up. Therefor the most logical conclusion: it's a (heritage signet-)ring, as usually that's the only ring, except for a weddingring, a man would wear......... Did I make sense? Sandra

im trying to think who she could be, i sooo recognize her but cant think for the life of who she is! alisha's dad has a st. christopher signet ring which he received for his 18th birthday. it normally is a man thing. you can get them as pendants as well over here! anyway, i still can't think for the life of me who the blonde is and its bugging me as i recognize her! luv sam x

Guys wear rings that don't necessarily 'mean' anything. I know a few guys who wear them because they like to. Along with bracelets, necklaces and earrings. I don't know, it could mean something to David though, like "Leave me alone, I'm taken." LOL!

it could mean something to David though, like Leave me alone, I'm taken! For some reason I really don't believe that........ And I'm not saying men don't wear jewelry 'just because they like it', but you have to admit that David is hardly ever seen with some kind of jewelry, other than for commercial purpose....... Sandra

I'm with you Sanne - Looks like some kind of signet ring. Its a tradition in my dad's family that the grandparents buy one for the grandchildren when they reach 18. Mine is a heart shape with my initial L and a small dark sapphire.
My brother had an oval shaped one in plain gold - my dad's is square shaped.
Whatever it is, it certainly looks good...

I happen to be with Sandra as well. It does look like some kind of signet ring........and your translation is accurate Sandra.
Over here unless you are wearing a wedding ring men wear rings just as a piece of jewellery and signet rings are worn by many and on different fingers......whatever they are comfortable with. My hubby has just gone out tonight wearing two. One is an Onyx oval.....the other a gold square center shape.
At the time David is wearing this ring signet rings were quite the thing so although he is not often seen wearing jewellery perhaps he just succumbed to fashion for a while.
Thank you for the pictures Lian & Jess.
Margaret
