I saw the previews to the new epi last night after the repeat where we meet the terrorist Sonya. The new epi seems confusing though with guests playing multiple roles. Good and interesting though just the same. Looking forward to it actually, confusion and all.

New TV guide says this was filmed in Miami during the Superbowl. It reports that Mr. Caruso was attending Superbowl activities so my guess is that this episode will feature the lab crew and not very much of their leader. Bummer if that is so. Looks like an intriguing storyline, though.

Alright, I really liked that episode! It was really awesome with the triplets. I was really suprised when the victim wasn't the real father, that really suprised me thus made me really like the episode. Overall, it was a great episode and I really loved how Horatio smiled at the end of the episode, his smile was so sweet.
But...no new episode next week *Sigh* I think they like teasing us like this lol

Yeah, he smiles at the little boy! It was very sweet, HoratioMarisol! You really have to pay attention to the episode though. It did get a little confusing! But it was excellent. Natalia had a lot of screen time in this one. AND, I had my first Mojito during this episode. I highly recomend them. My new favorite drink!
Something I caught that H said: Horatio said "He's a lucky little boy." The Real Estate guy asked "Why?" and Horatio replied, "His father is a good man."
Makes me think of applying that to Marquez Antonio!

You're right Krystal, M-A is a lucky little boy with a father like David.

Absolutely agree with that . But you said Natalia had a lot of screen time, that's 2 bad, don't really like her, I'm downloading it atm and it's not going very fast. I need to be patient I guess Manon

I enjoyed the episode last night. H was great in it and loved it at the end when he was smiling at the baby.

I really enjoyed the episode too. I figured maybe one of the triplets did the murder however I was surprised to see how they played tricks on the husband who turned up alive while his look-alike turned up dead. A bit confusing but a great epi just the same. Now as for Horatio saying the boy is lucky to have good father made me tear up. I agree Krystal he may have thought of Marquez and himself too. I even looked at the credits to see if perhaps Marquez was in there, I thought that little boy looked a bit like DC and maybe it was his son in the epi. He would be that age now so why not. Just a thought.
I think Natalia is a great CSI and is strong after her ex died. She got the women and was wise to them early on. The one that I have a problem with is Valera, I can't warm up to her at all. I don't know why but I can't. Perhaps she is a good lab assistant but there is something about her that I can't trust. Maybe we need a storyline about her and hopefully I am wrong about her. I can handle that if I am wrong. However, I enjoy this season so far.
Thanks everyone and have a great day, Linda

Wow, i saw the epi right now! Natalia was great! Can it be David a cold nose had by this epi?? Its voice at the beginning of the episode sounded itself in such a way and its nose was believes I also somewhat red, but it sounded itself very sweetly! Horatio was so nice with the father and the baby!

Yeah, i noticed he sounded a little sick. Poor David! I hope he feels better! We can't have our man getting sick! lol. Yeah, I liked how they did the episode, playing tricks on the husband when it was them who were getting tricked as well and Natalia did great, she was very good in this eppy and Eric is still trying to get back up there, I hope he does.

Yes, I also noticed that DC had a cold in this episode just as he did at the beginning of Season 4. Must be all that traveling back and forth and trying to get acclimated to different weather conditions. Also, he attended Superbowl activities and I do believe the weather was pretty wet.
Do wish the POTB had not advertised this as a triple threat. The appearance of the third look-alike would have been mind-boggling if we had not been expecting it. I thought Natalia was just the right person to conduct the interview. She was not bowled-over by the triplets charm and I think they could have wrapped Ryan and Eric around their little fingers. Not much of either Caleigh and even less of Frank this week. And Eric is still coping with injuries. Good move on the producer's part.
To me, the subplot of the cut-up body and the executive administrator who killed her was irrelevant. It served only to show that the guy was guilty of something if not his boss' murder. Did I get this right? After knocking her out, he just assumed she was dead and started cutting her up without wearing any protective gear to keep blood from spattering all over him? The scene should have been one huge, bloody mess. This bothered me even though I do not expect everything to be totally realistic in a fictional show.
Another bothersome moment for me was the one Krystal mentioned above. When H told the Real Estate guy the baby was lucky to have a good man for a father, I could hardly believe my ears! Do I have this right? After getting a man to change his features so he could substitute for him, this wonderful father said "he knew the risks" and expressed no remorse at his death. I do not feel such a callous remark comes from a caring individual of either sex. And who's to say he's the father? Just as the triplets conned him, perhaps he had his "clone" perform in bed for him. Horatio I'm not with you on this one.
Now for the last scene. It is always so special when Horatio smiles and he just kept on going and going in this scene. I had such a strong feeling that he wanted to reach out his arms and i just KNOW that baby would have gone to him. Would loved to have seen that but just as other moments (like not hugging or kissing Marisol), Horatio holds back and we miss another opportunity for a warm and cuddly moment from him. Perhaps those POTB want to keep us always wanting more thinking that way we'll always come back. And we will.
